Onit Bridge ("the Service") is operated by Inner Circle, Inc. (d/b/a Onit Athlete) for internal use by its employees and authorized partners. By using the Service or the companion Chrome extension, you agree to these terms.
The Service is intended solely for internal business operations of Inner Circle, Inc., including invoicing, fulfillment coordination, and CRM integration. Unauthorized access, redistribution, or use outside the scope of authorized business activities is prohibited.
Access to the Service requires an admin authentication token issued by the company administrator. You are responsible for keeping this token confidential. Sharing the token with unauthorized parties is grounds for revocation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Inner Circle, Inc. makes no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Outages, data inconsistencies, or integration errors may occur. Always verify critical financial data (invoices, payments) in the underlying systems of record (QuickBooks Online, Attio, ShipStation).
All customer, invoice, and operational data accessed via the Service remains the property of Inner Circle, Inc. and the underlying SaaS providers (Attio, Intuit, Stamps.com). The Service does not assert ownership over any data passing through it.
The Service integrates with Attio CRM, QuickBooks Online (Intuit), ShipStation (Stamps.com), Cloudflare, and Slack. Your use of those underlying platforms is governed by their respective Terms of Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inner Circle, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
Inner Circle, Inc. may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
