Onit Bridge ("the Service") is operated by Inner Circle, Inc. (d/b/a Onit Athlete) for use by its employees and authorized partners. This page explains what data the Service handles.
Onit Bridge is an internal integration that connects Attio CRM, QuickBooks Online, and ShipStation on behalf of Inner Circle, Inc. It runs as a Cloudflare Worker at app.innercircle-inc.com. The Chrome browser extension "Onit Bridge" injects an invoice management panel into Attio CRM and calls back to this Service.
| Data | Source | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Customer names, emails, addresses | Attio CRM | Display in invoice panel; flow to QuickBooks for invoicing and to ShipStation for fulfillment |
| Invoice line items, prices, payments | QuickBooks Online | Display, edit, and reconcile invoices and payments |
| Shipping orders | Bridge | Push to ShipStation for fulfillment |
| Admin authentication token | User entry (extension popup) | Authenticate calls to the Service; stored locally in browser's chrome.storage |
The Service does not collect analytics, send telemetry, or share user data with third parties beyond the integrated services listed below.
The Service does not store customer data itself. All persisted data lives in Attio, QuickBooks, or ShipStation per their respective retention policies. The Service maintains short-lived logs (Cloudflare Workers logs, ≤30 days) and operational state (token rotation cache, idempotency keys) in Cloudflare KV.
Authorized Inner Circle, Inc. employees and partners only. Access is gated by an admin authentication token issued by the company administrator. The Service is not publicly accessible without this token.
chrome://extensionsWe will update this page when the Service's data handling changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
